Szybkość w tego typu dyskach jest dla mnie bez znaczenia, i tak zaraz wyląduje w NASie gdzie kontroler ograniczy go do 90MB/s

Wczoraj zarejestrowałem dysk do wysyłki jako uszkodzony, na stronie Segate. Dostałem RMA i od razu wysłałem. Dzisiaj, przed chwilą dostałem maila z takim czymś:

No i co to znaczy ? Czegoś nie dodałem do wysyłki, za szybko wysłałem ? Samo RMA na pudle styknie ?
W zasadzie zapłaciłem za wysyłkę na poczcie, ale nic więcej, ale raczej nic nie trzeba ?

Mam nowe pytanie o nową wysyłkę.
Mam dysk Seagate ST3750640AS, padnięty, wg. s/n jest na gwarancji
No to wypełniam RMA i co widzę...pokazuje mi jako typ:
Seagate FREEAGENT PRO dysk
0-RPM SATA/USB2.0
750 GB
...a ja mam goły 3.5" dysk w ręce...a jak podaje Seagate "należy zwrócić wszystkie akcesoria które były dołączone do produktu".
To jak z gwarancją takiego dysku?

@djlukeNa to wygląda. To jeden z powodów dla których zawsze zalecam zakupy obudowy i dysku osobno, ale sadzę, że w tym przypadku po prostu taki trafił do rąk. W zasadzie masz dwa wyjścia, poszukać obudowy (ale będzie problem z numerem seryjnym), albo udać głupiego i wysłać, w najgorszym razie stracisz te 20-30zł.

A sam dysk jest z odzysku i dostałem jako niesprawny więc gwarancja była miłym bonusem...była

Tak, SN dysku wewn. = SN zewn. Tak samo jest u WD i Hitachi... u ostatniego reklamowałem właśnie dysiora "wyciągniętego" z obudowy... nie dość, że przyjęli (a w warunkach też mają, że trza słać całość;), wymienili, to jeszcze wysłali z nową obudową i akcesoriami!
No ale Hitachi, to nie Seagate... mimo wszystko, ja bym wysyłał.

Dobra, we wtorek w końcu wysłałem.
I dziś po 14. dostałem maila dot. przyjęcia zamówienia, masa S/N nawymienianych, received taki, powyżej inne...ale Total Clean Received 1 więc w sumie OK...
I po 16 mail że my order was shipped lol.
